IMMUNIZATIONS

During their time at Evergreen Hill, your puppy will have received the following immunizations and treatments:

• dew claw removal
• Pyrantel
• Panacur
• Sulfa T
• Nobivac: Canine 1-DAPPv + L$
• Metronidazole

Before they leave our care, they will also be groomed and receive a vet check. During a vet check, a licensed veterinarian will complete a physical examination of the puppy that includes, but is not limited to, checking its: heart, joints, lungs, testes, and abdomen (ensuring no hernias).

An official copy of the vet check documentation as well as any immunization records will be given to each adoptive family.

Depending on your puppy's age, it may be necessary for you to continue the immunizations schedule with your chosen veterinarian. A list of remaining booster shots needed will also be given to each adoptive family.
